Disappointed with support

I've had some issues trying to get a simple prescription filled. Contacted their support, and they just kept passing me around to different agents. It's like they didn’t care about resolving my issue. Really annoying.

Good coverage overall

I've been using Oscar Health for about a year now. The process to sign up was easy, and I appreciate the user-friendly app. My plan has decent coverage for basic services, and customer support is usually responsive. However, I did have a couple of billing hiccups that took a while to resolve, which was frustrating.

Good service, but pricey

Overall a solid experience

I’ve had a decent experience with Oscar. The app is super user-friendly and I like the telehealth options. The only downside is that sometimes I feel like the coverage could be better for specialist visits.

Pretty solid, just a few bumps

I like the plan options and the app is super convenient. Had a small issue with a prescription not being covered, but it got sorted out eventually. Happy enough to give them 4 stars.

Not worth the hassle

I tried to use my benefits during a medical emergency and it was a nightmare. Issues with my ID card and claims stuck in limbo.

Really good app features

The app is a game changer for managing my insurance details. I can check my coverage, pay bills, and find doctors easily. Only downside is that their phone support could be faster when I have questions.

Great service, but some gaps

Oscar Health generally provides great service. I love their telehealth options and scheduling is easy. The pricing is competitive, but I wish they covered more specialists without high deductibles. I had a recent appointment that took ages to get approved, which messed up my treatment plan. Still, I’d recommend them for basics.

Some hits and misses

Nice features

I like the app and how easy it is to book virtual visits. The coverage for specialists is solid too, but the hold times for customer service can be a pain.

Mostly good coverage but pricey

Oscar Health has decent coverage options, but their monthly premiums can get pretty high. I had a good experience with their telehealth service though, quick and easy consultation.
