I tried to implement Okta twice and both times, it was a mess. Issues with syncing directories and also very poor training materials. Just feels neglected as a product.

I was expecting better from Okta. The features are lacking and it feels like they rush updates without proper testing. What good is single sign-on if it keeps failing? I can't recommend this.

As an IT manager, I had high hopes for Okta, but it’s been nothing but trouble. The single-sign-on feature doesn’t work reliably, which defeats the purpose of using it in the first place. We’ve had to manually reset passwords more times than I’d like to count. I expected better from such a well-known name.

We've been using Okta for about six months, and while it works sometimes, the reliability is concerning. We often face downtime which affects our employee productivity. It definitely needs better tracking for issues, and responses from support are too slow.
