Awful Customer Service

Okta’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I submitted a ticket regarding a payroll issue and no one got back to me for days. I’m really upset, it’s unacceptable for a company this big.

Frustrating Issues

I wanted to love Okta, but the user interface is so confusing. It took forever to get through the KYC process and our employees couldn’t log in. I’m done with this software.

Awful Customer Support

I reached out to customer support because our users were locked out of their accounts. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and when I did, they were unhelpful. I’m really disappointed with how they handle urgent issues.

Terrible Integration Experience

Disappointed With Features

I was expecting better from Okta. The features are lacking and it feels like they rush updates without proper testing. What good is single sign-on if it keeps failing? I can't recommend this.

Disappointing Experience with Okta

As an IT manager, I had high hopes for Okta, but it’s been nothing but trouble. The single-sign-on feature doesn’t work reliably, which defeats the purpose of using it in the first place. We’ve had to manually reset passwords more times than I’d like to count. I expected better from such a well-known name.

Terrible Experience

Frustrating and Overhyped

Not Reliable Enough

We've been using Okta for about six months, and while it works sometimes, the reliability is concerning. We often face downtime which affects our employee productivity. It definitely needs better tracking for issues, and responses from support are too slow.
