Decent but needs improvement
I had high expectations based on all the reviews. Worked well for the most part, but I encountered some frustrating bugs that need fixing.

It has its ups and downs
Okta does the job, but sometimes the interface can be a bit clunky. I had issues trying to reset my password and it took longer than I expected to get help from support.
