Awful Customer Service

Okta’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I submitted a ticket regarding a payroll issue and no one got back to me for days. I’m really upset, it’s unacceptable for a company this big.

Needs a Major Revamp

The functionality is not what I expected. Frequent login issues and their documentation is pretty terrible. Should have done my research better before signing on.

Frustrating Issues

I wanted to love Okta, but the user interface is so confusing. It took forever to get through the KYC process and our employees couldn’t log in. I’m done with this software.

I really like Okta, but there have been a few instances where the connection dropped unexpectedly during peak hours. It didn’t happen too often, but it was frustrating when it did.

Great for single sign-on!

Mostly good experience

Reliable but a few quirks

Confusing Setup

The setup process took forever and I was left in the dark mostly. The interface isn't intuitive at all, which only added to my frustration. I expected more from a leader in identity management.
