Needs a Major Revamp
The functionality is not what I expected. Frequent login issues and their documentation is pretty terrible. Should have done my research better before signing on.

Confusing Setup
The setup process took forever and I was left in the dark mostly. The interface isn't intuitive at all, which only added to my frustration. I expected more from a leader in identity management.

Disappointed Again
I tried to implement Okta twice and both times, it was a mess. Issues with syncing directories and also very poor training materials. Just feels neglected as a product.

Unsatisfactory Service
From the start, it has been nothing but problems. We couldn't even get our team using it effectively, and on top of that, support was unresponsive. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Used to be Great
Okta was promising at first, but I've seen too many bugs recently. Sessions drop unexpectedly, and user experience has taken a downturn. They really need to focus on addressing these critical issues before I consider renewing my subscription.
