Not what I expected
I thought switching to Metromile would save me a ton of cash, but honestly, it hasn’t been all that different from my previous insurer for the miles I drive. Plus, the mobile app needs some work.

Switched to Metromile after a friend recommended it, and I couldn't be happier. Easy to use, affordable rates, and their support team is super friendly! 5 stars all the way!

Metromile has been a game changer for me. I only drive occasionally, and my monthly bill is so much lower than my old insurance! Plus, the app is super easy to use. Highly recommend it!

The idea is awesome, but I had a few issues with the app crashing. When it works, it’s fantastic, but I found it frustrating at times. Support was decent though.

I was really excited about Metromile but encountered a lot of issues. Delays in getting my policy set up and the coverage wasn’t what I thought it would be. Really disappointed.

My recent experience was mixed. I’ve had issues with adjusting my policy and getting answers quickly. It could be better, but I’m sticking with them for now.

Had high hopes for this service, but it's been frustrating. My claims took forever to process and I wasn’t kept in the loop at all. Not worth the hassle.

I haven't had any problems yet.

I've been using Metromile for about half a year now. As a casual driver, it's perfect. Just wish the app had some more features but it works well for monitoring my mileage and the rates are nice. Solid choice!

The idea of paying for the miles you drive sounds great, but their app is so glitchy. It didn't track my miles correctly for weeks and now I'm overpaying. Customer service was unhelpful when I tried to get it fixed.

Didn’t expect my premium to double after six months. Tried reaching support multiple times; the wait was ridiculous. I can't recommend them.

The concept is cool, but I had some confusion with my billing. They sorted it out eventually, but it took longer than expected. I’m sticking around a bit longer, but I’m not convinced.

They say you'll save money, but honestly, I don’t think it was worth the hassle.

I like that I can save money when I don't drive much, but the pricing isn’t very clear. I faced some unexpected fees after my first month. The app is user-friendly, but I'm still waiting for a better explanation of my policy.

I had a terrible time with my claim after a minor accident. They said they needed documentation I sent twice, but apparently, it never arrived. So my claim just sat there for weeks without a response. If you really need insurance, look somewhere else.

I signed up for Metromile a few months ago, and it's been alright. The app is a bit buggy sometimes, and I wish the customer support was more responsive. Overall, I like the concept of pay-per-mile, but just a few things need improvement.

Metromile hasn’t been bad. The pay-per-mile idea is neat, but I didn’t notice huge savings. It's fine, but I expected more from the hype.
