Not what I expected

I thought switching to Metromile would save me a ton of cash, but honestly, it hasn’t been all that different from my previous insurer for the miles I drive. Plus, the mobile app needs some work.

Mixed feelings

The idea is awesome, but I had a few issues with the app crashing. When it works, it’s fantastic, but I found it frustrating at times. Support was decent though.

Could Be Worse

Alright but could be better

The concept is cool, but I had some confusion with my billing. They sorted it out eventually, but it took longer than expected. I’m sticking around a bit longer, but I’m not convinced.

Decent but Flawed

Decent service, but could be better

I signed up for Metromile a few months ago, and it's been alright. The app is a bit buggy sometimes, and I wish the customer support was more responsive. Overall, I like the concept of pay-per-mile, but just a few things need improvement.

Decent but not blown away

Mixed feelings about the app

The idea behind Metromile is amazing, but the app sometimes freezes on me. I’ve had to call support to get things sorted out a few times. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be smoother.

Average but needs improvement

Metromile’s app has potential, but I experienced some bugs that affected my usage. The customer support could be more responsive as well; I waited too long for replies. Overall, it’s okay, but could be much better.
