Not what I expected
I thought switching to Metromile would save me a ton of cash, but honestly, it hasn’t been all that different from my previous insurer for the miles I drive. Plus, the mobile app needs some work.

The idea is awesome, but I had a few issues with the app crashing. When it works, it’s fantastic, but I found it frustrating at times. Support was decent though.

My recent experience was mixed. I’ve had issues with adjusting my policy and getting answers quickly. It could be better, but I’m sticking with them for now.

I signed up for Metromile a few months ago, and it's been alright. The app is a bit buggy sometimes, and I wish the customer support was more responsive. Overall, I like the concept of pay-per-mile, but just a few things need improvement.

Metromile hasn’t been bad. The pay-per-mile idea is neat, but I didn’t notice huge savings. It's fine, but I expected more from the hype.

The idea behind Metromile is amazing, but the app sometimes freezes on me. I’ve had to call support to get things sorted out a few times. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be smoother.

Metromile’s app has potential, but I experienced some bugs that affected my usage. The customer support could be more responsive as well; I waited too long for replies. Overall, it’s okay, but could be much better.
