Didn’t expect my premium to double after six months. Tried reaching support multiple times; the wait was ridiculous. I can't recommend them.

I had a terrible time with my claim after a minor accident. They said they needed documentation I sent twice, but apparently, it never arrived. So my claim just sat there for weeks without a response. If you really need insurance, look somewhere else.

Had trouble using the app, it crashed when I needed it most. The support was slow to respond, very disappointing. I guess I expected a smoother experience for the price.
