Mixed feelings
The facilities are nice, but I think the communication could be improved. I had to ask multiple times for my test results, which was a bit frustrating.

I went there for a check-up and while the doctors were nice, I felt a bit rushed. They didn’t answer all my questions and I left feeling a little confused.

Went for a consultation, the doctor was decent but didn't seem as invested in my issues as I hoped. Just didn’t feel very personal.

My experience at Mayo was decent. My doctor was attentive and the nurses were sweet. I just wish the follow-up process was smoother since I didn’t hear back for over a week about my lab results.

Mayo Clinic provided solid services. The doctors were attentive and the facility is impressive. I just wished they’d follow up better after treatment.

I guess my visit was fine but nothing special. They took care of my issue but it took a while to figure everything out. I expected a little more given their reputation.

I went in for a simple check-up and ended up feeling lost in the process. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and my questions went unanswered. I waited over an hour to see my doctor, and when I finally did, it felt rushed. I've heard great things, but my experience was below expectations.

I went in for a routine check and the facility was top-notch. Nurses were friendly and the equipment seemed advanced. The only hiccup was with the follow-up communication; I never received the test results, which was frustrating. I had to call multiple times just to get an update, which shouldn’t be the case.

I had an overall good experience with Mayo Clinic. The doctors were very knowledgeable and caring. However, I felt the wait times for appointments could be better. It took me a while to get in for a follow-up after my initial visit.

The care at Mayo was quick and I appreciated the swift treatment I received. Still, the long wait times for follow-ups were disappointing and I would have liked more clarity on my health plan after leaving.

I liked the doctor I saw, he was very knowledgeable. But scheduling wasn't smooth and I ran into some issues with my insurance processing. They could work on that.

I was really frustrated with the customer service at Mayo Clinic. I called to ask about my test results, and I got put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told to call back later. Seriously? It's not what I expected from such a well-known place.

The staff at Mayo Clinic were definitely friendly and helped ease my anxiety, but I had to wait a bit too long to see the doctor. I also felt the waiting area could have been more comfortable. But overall, I left feeling satisfied with my care.
