I went in for a minor procedure and the staff took good care of me. It wasn't overly busy that day, so the service was pretty prompt. However, I did expect more attention during the discharge process.

The facilities are nice, but I didn't get the help I needed. My follow-up was supposed to be scheduled and nobody contacted me. Just left feeling unsure and frustrated.
