Slightly Better Than Average
Mayo Clinic was alright. Some parts of the process were efficient but things could definitely improve. The waiting area was overcrowded, and I just felt lost in the shuffle.

Mixed Feelings

Great Facilities and Knowledgeable Staff
I had a good experience during my several visits to Mayo Clinic for my chronic issue. The facilities were top-notch, and everybody I met was knowledgeable, especially my specialist, Dr. Lee. However, the long checkout process was frustrating and added to my waiting time.

A Bit Overwhelming
While my doctor was kind, dealing with the appointment was a bit overwhelming. I felt lost in the large facility and didn’t receive a clear overview of what my next steps should be. They need a better way of guiding patients through their processes.

Decent Overall Care
My experience at Mayo was decent. My doctor was attentive and the nurses were sweet. I just wish the follow-up process was smoother since I didn’t hear back for over a week about my lab results.

Good, but needs improvement
I visited Mayo Clinic for a check-up and the staff were nice enough, but the waiting time was quite long. I had to wait over an hour just to see the doctor.

Great facility, but lacks communication
I went in for a routine check and the facility was top-notch. Nurses were friendly and the equipment seemed advanced. The only hiccup was with the follow-up communication; I never received the test results, which was frustrating. I had to call multiple times just to get an update, which shouldn’t be the case.

Satisfactory visit
I went in for a minor procedure and the staff took good care of me. It wasn't overly busy that day, so the service was pretty prompt. However, I did expect more attention during the discharge process.
