Slightly Better Than Average
Mayo Clinic was alright. Some parts of the process were efficient but things could definitely improve. The waiting area was overcrowded, and I just felt lost in the shuffle.

I couldn’t believe how unhelpful the staff was during my visit. They forgot about my paperwork and I had to ask multiple times about results. Very disappointing overall. I expected so much more from a place like Mayo.

I had a good experience during my several visits to Mayo Clinic for my chronic issue. The facilities were top-notch, and everybody I met was knowledgeable, especially my specialist, Dr. Lee. However, the long checkout process was frustrating and added to my waiting time.
