Slightly Better Than Average

Mayo Clinic was alright. Some parts of the process were efficient but things could definitely improve. The waiting area was overcrowded, and I just felt lost in the shuffle.

Not Worth the Hype

Disappointing Experience Overall

Very Frustrating Experience

Frustrating Experience

I couldn’t believe how unhelpful the staff was during my visit. They forgot about my paperwork and I had to ask multiple times about results. Very disappointing overall. I expected so much more from a place like Mayo.

Overall positive experience

Had a pretty good experience at Mayo Clinic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with parking, it can get really crowded.

Great Facilities and Knowledgeable Staff

I had a good experience during my several visits to Mayo Clinic for my chronic issue. The facilities were top-notch, and everybody I met was knowledgeable, especially my specialist, Dr. Lee. However, the long checkout process was frustrating and added to my waiting time.

Okay Service, Not Impressed
