Mixed feelings

Intercom can be useful, but I have some gripes. The pricing feels a bit steep compared to other options. Also, the setup took longer than I anticipated.

Fantastic tool for support

I’m really happy with Intercom overall. The live chat feature works like a charm and our response rate has improved significantly. Totally worth the investment!

Good, but could be better

Intercom has some nice features, but the learning curve was a bit steep. Once I figured it out, it worked well for my needs. Just wish it wasn't so complicated at first.

Solid tool overall

Okay, but a bit underwhelming

When we first started with Intercom, I was excited about all the features they offer. The onboarding process was pretty smooth, but as we used it more, we encountered issues with notification delays. Sometimes, our team missed vital messages because of it, which led to a few frustrated customers. Overall, it's not bad, but it could really use some improvements.

Good but not great

Good analytics, needs tweaks

Intercom gives good insights into user engagement, which is great. However, I still face occasional bugs when trying to pull reports. The support has been responsive, but I wish they'd resolve issues faster.

Great support, minor hiccup

Not what I expected

Pretty good product overall

Disappointing Experience

I really wanted to like Intercom, but the support is just lacking. I struggled to get my questions answered and it took ages to get a response. Plus, the integration didn't work as advertised. I expected way more for the price.

Inconsistent and frustrating

I’ve used Intercom for over a year, and while it has some good features, like their knowledge base, the experience has been hit or miss. I faced issues with messages disappearing and slow responses from their team. Then there’s the pricing it just doesn’t feel justified for what we get.

Not impressed at all

Solid features, great interface

Intercom's user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for our team to adapt. The automated messages have improved our customer engagement significantly. I did run into a few bugs here and there, but overall, my experience has been positive!

Highly recommend Intercom

Honestly, Intercom has transformed how we communicate with our users. The chat feature is handy; we respond to questions in real-time. Their analytics helped us figure out what users liked most, and it’s super easy to set up campaigns. Totally worth every penny!
