Mixed feelings about the platform

Intercom has potential, but it often feels clunky. The analytics are okay, but I encountered bugs where messages wouldn’t send correctly. I wouldn’t rely on it solely for my customer interactions.

Mixed feelings

I like the interface and the integrations they offer, but sometimes it feels like the features are limited for what I'm paying. Not totally sold on it yet.

Not what I expected

Intercom has some decent features, but it feels incomplete. I expected a smoother experience. Also, pricing is a bit high for what you get.

Decent but could use more functionality

I like some of the features in Intercom, especially the user tracking. That said, it’s not always user-friendly. I’ve run into issues when trying to customize the chat widget.

Disappointed with support

I really wanted to love Intercom, but customer support has been a letdown. I had multiple tickets open for days, and only after escalating did I finally get a response. The platform does have useful features, but if you can't get help when you need it, what's the point?

Pretty solid overall

Disappointing experience with Intercom

I really expected more from Intercom. The setup was confusing, and honestly, the customer support barely helped. My inquiries about the integration kept getting passed around without real resolutions.

Good but has its quirks

I really enjoy the features of Intercom. The onboarding was fine, and the tools have enhanced my customer engagement significantly. Sometimes, though, it can be a bit buggy during peak hours.

Solid product, interface could improve

Intercom is a solid tool for customer engagement but I've experienced some glitchy moments with the dashboard. It has great analytics, but sometimes the interface feels cluttered. I wish they’d focus more on simplifying navigation to make the experience smoother.

Frustrating experience

I had so many issues with this software. The interface is clunky and it's hard to get things done. Customer support was not helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend it.

Worth the investment

I’ve been using Intercom for a few months now, and I gotta say, it’s pretty solid. The ability to automate responses has saved us a lot of time. There are still some hiccups in terms of customization, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons!

Solid but needs improvement

Using Intercom is pretty good. I enjoy the customization, but support sometimes takes time. Just a few tweaks and it could be top-notch!
