Good features but costly

The features are really good but I think it’s a bit pricey. It has helped my team communicate better with customers, so I’m happy mostly.

Good, but some limitations

Intercom has been useful for managing customer support tickets. The integration with our CRM is straightforward, which is nice. But I find that the response time can vary quite a bit during peak hours, which frustrates my team sometimes. Their updates are useful but could be more frequent.

Great interface and helpful tools

Intercom really has a nice layout and user-friendly interface. It took me a while to get used to everything, but now, I appreciate the chat history logs. It would be even better with faster customer support.

Solid platform with minor hiccups

Intercom has improved my team's workflow quite a bit. The onboarding process was pretty smooth. However, I'd love to see more integrations with other platforms without additional costs.

Loving it so far!

Nice features, needs polish

Intercom has some cool features like targeted messaging and user segmentation, but I ran into issues with the mobile app not syncing properly. This caused some missed opportunities while I was on the go. Otherwise, it's a solid platform with good analytics, just a few things they need to fix!

Good, but could be better

Intercom has some nice features, but the learning curve was a bit steep. Once I figured it out, it worked well for my needs. Just wish it wasn't so complicated at first.

Good but not great

Good analytics, needs tweaks

Intercom gives good insights into user engagement, which is great. However, I still face occasional bugs when trying to pull reports. The support has been responsive, but I wish they'd resolve issues faster.

Great support, minor hiccup

Pretty good product overall

Solid features, great interface

Solid product, interface could improve

Intercom is a solid tool for customer engagement but I've experienced some glitchy moments with the dashboard. It has great analytics, but sometimes the interface feels cluttered. I wish they’d focus more on simplifying navigation to make the experience smoother.

Worth the investment

I’ve been using Intercom for a few months now, and I gotta say, it’s pretty solid. The ability to automate responses has saved us a lot of time. There are still some hiccups in terms of customization, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons!
