Has potential, but lacks polish

Intercom does have a lot of good ideas, but execution can be lacking at times. I love certain features, but also experience bugs that slow me down.

Mixed feelings

Good, but some limitations

Intercom has been useful for managing customer support tickets. The integration with our CRM is straightforward, which is nice. But I find that the response time can vary quite a bit during peak hours, which frustrates my team sometimes. Their updates are useful but could be more frequent.

Not Bad, But Needs Improvement

So I've been using Intercom for a couple of months now. The interface is pretty nice and user-friendly, but I found a few bugs that were annoying. It’s decent for the price, but I've had better experiences with other tools.

Could use improvements

Intercom is decent but could definitely use a performance boost. Sometimes it seems slow to respond, and while I love the features, reliability is key.

Great interface and helpful tools

Intercom really has a nice layout and user-friendly interface. It took me a while to get used to everything, but now, I appreciate the chat history logs. It would be even better with faster customer support.

Decent but with some hiccups

I tried Intercom for our startup. The interface is pretty user-friendly but had issues with chatbots. Sometimes they just don’t trigger properly. Overall, I think it needs some tweaking.

Okay but could improve

Intercom is alright. I appreciate the integrations but the learning curve was steeper than I expected. Customer support could respond quicker.

Awful experience

I had a major issue with their billing department and it was frustrating to get any help. I ended up feeling completely abandoned. Not worth the headache.

Could be better

It's okay, not the best

Intercom does the job, but it's missing some advanced features that other rivals offer. The reporting can be a bit misleading too. I'm sticking with it for now, but I’m on the lookout for alternatives.

Frustrated with my experience

Honestly, I am seriously disappointed. I was billed incorrectly and it's been impossible to get in touch with support about it. This leads me to feel like my business doesn’t matter to them.

Solid platform with minor hiccups

Intercom has improved my team's workflow quite a bit. The onboarding process was pretty smooth. However, I'd love to see more integrations with other platforms without additional costs.

Nice features, needs polish

Intercom has some cool features like targeted messaging and user segmentation, but I ran into issues with the mobile app not syncing properly. This caused some missed opportunities while I was on the go. Otherwise, it's a solid platform with good analytics, just a few things they need to fix!

Disappointed with the service

The software is nice, but my billing issues were a huge hassle. It took over a week to resolve it and I lost so many hours trying to contact support.

Not bad

Great potential, but flawed

I was excited to try Intercom because of the reviews, but it has its quirks. While the customer service feature is superb, I've encountered bugs during setup that were really frustrating. Also, sometimes the app feels laggy, and it takes longer to load messages. I'm hopeful they'll iron these issues out soon!

Mixed experience with Intercom

Using Intercom has been a bit of a rollercoaster for us. Their chat features are decent, but I often find the user interface a bit confusing. Plus, the integration with our CRM was more tedious than expected.
