Affordable and reliable, mostly!

I've been with Humana for about two years now. The rates are very competitive, and their customer service is pretty responsive. I recently had to file a claim for a specialist visit, which took longer than expected, but they covered the expense in the end. Overall, I'm satisfied, but the process could improve.

Pretty solid experience

I’ve generally had a good time with Humana! Their website is pretty easy to navigate and once I needed help, their customer service was friendly. The only downside is the paperwork I need to keep track of.

Mixed Feelings

Not bad, but can improve

Impressive customer support

I switched to Humana last year and have had good experiences overall. Their app is easy to navigate, which is a huge plus. Recently, I had a billing question and their rep was super helpful, walking me through everything. Definitely feel valued as a customer.

Decent But Needs Work

Mixed feelings about service

I've been with Humana for a while now. Some things are great, especially the plan prices, but their response times can really kill the experience. Sent a couple of emails for clarification and it's slow going. With healthcare, you really need timely answers.

Affordable plans, no complaints

Not worth the hassle

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I had a claim denied that I felt should have been covered. It took forever to get an explanation. Probably won't renew my policy.

Terrible experience

I regret choosing Humana. My doctor was in-network, but they refused to pay for my treatment. Felt completely cheated. Definitely looking for a new insurance.

Could be better, could be worse

They have some good plans available. My premiums are reasonable, but their communication needs improvement. I get different answers every time I call.
