Disappointing Service
I called for help and was put on hold forever. When I finally spoke to someone, they didn’t even solve my problem. Super frustrating.

I switched to Humana thinking I would get good service but I was wrong. They messed up my billing multiple times and it was such a headache.

The premiums are alright, but the customer support could really use improvement. I had a billing issue that took too long to resolve.

I’ve been trying to get my claims processed for weeks. The customer service is unhelpful and I feel like I'm talking to a wall. Definitely not what I expected.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I had a claim denied that I felt should have been covered. It took forever to get an explanation. Probably won't renew my policy.
