Not bad, but I expect more

Humana's coverage is okay, but I expected better communication. When I had an issue, it took days to hear back. Their plans could be great, but support needs improvement.

Good coverage but slow response

I’ve been with Humana for over a year now and their coverage is solid. However, I did have a frustrating experience with their customer service. It took ages to get through to someone about my claims I really hope they work on their response times.

Pretty solid insurance

Decent service overall

Pretty solid experience

I’ve generally had a good time with Humana! Their website is pretty easy to navigate and once I needed help, their customer service was friendly. The only downside is the paperwork I need to keep track of.

Affordable plans, no complaints

I’ve been a member of Humana for three years and I haven’t had any issues yet. Their premiums are reasonable, and I can find doctors in my network easily. I appreciate that they send regular updates about my coverage.
