Mixed experiences

I've had some good moments with Humana, but also some frustrating ones. Their customer service can be hit or miss depending on who you talk to. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

Mixed feelings about Humana

Honestly, I've had my ups and downs with Humana. The prices are reasonable, but I often find myself on hold for ages when I call customer service. They need to step up their game there.

Could be better, but okay

Honestly, I've had mixed feelings about Humana. They offer decent plans, but every time I try to get a hold of them, it feels like an eternity. I had to wait on hold for nearly 30 minutes last time, which is frustrating. Just wish it was a bit smoother.

Okay service, nothing special

I don’t have major complaints about Humana, but it’s also not blowing me away. The app works fine, but there are times it’s hard to get clear answers from their reps.

Alright, But Not Great

I had some issues with my policy but eventually got it sorted. The agent was nice but it took longer than it should have. I expected faster service.

Mixed Feelings

Had both good and bad experiences. The coverage is decent but when I needed assistance, it took ages to get through. It's a gamble.

Not bad, but can improve

I switched to Humana a few months ago, and it's been okay. Coverage is decent, but I had some issues with my claims being processed. It's just a bit frustrating, you know?

Decent But Needs Work

I like some aspects of Humana, but there are too many loopholes and limits in the coverage. It’s good for basic needs but not for anything complex.

Mixed feelings about service

I've been with Humana for a while now. Some things are great, especially the plan prices, but their response times can really kill the experience. Sent a couple of emails for clarification and it's slow going. With healthcare, you really need timely answers.

Could be better, could be worse

They have some good plans available. My premiums are reasonable, but their communication needs improvement. I get different answers every time I call.
