Good overall, minor issue

Decent service overall
Coverage is usually solid and not too pricey, but customer support could be faster. Sometimes I wish I could talk to someone immediately instead of waiting hours for a response.

Decent pricing, okay support

Great value but lacks personal touch
I think giffgaff offers great value for money with their flexible plans. However, I miss a bit of personal interaction that's lacking compared to bigger carriers. It's all online, which is efficient, but not very personal.

Best choice for prepaid

Decent but could improve
Giffgaff is okay, but I had some issues with my SIM card activation taking longer than expected. It took a couple of days and I was left without service. The plans are affordable, just wish the activation was smoother.

Customer service needs improvement

Disappointed with customer support
I decided to switch to giffgaff because of their no-contract plans, which sounded great. The activation was quick, but when I had a problem with my data limit, I reached out to support. Honestly, they were slow to respond and didn’t really assist me well. My data just disappeared one day, and I was stuck. So frustrating!
