Mixed feelings about my experience

I really like giffgaff’s flexibility and that I can pause my plan whenever needed. However, I had issues with my last payment, and it took a while for it to go through. I had to check my account multiple times, which was annoying. Overall good service but they definitely need to work on payment issues.

Mixed feelings after a year

I signed up for giffgaff after hearing good things about their flexibility. The plans are pretty affordable and the app is nice, but sometimes the signal drops unexpectedly. It's not a total dealbreaker, but it can be annoying when you're in the middle of a call.

Not bad, but could do better

Overall, I found giffgaff alright. The network is decent enough, but it's not as fast as I hoped. I've had a couple of texts fail to send, which is really annoying. I want to stick around, but I hope they work on the coverage.

Decent service overall

Coverage is usually solid and not too pricey, but customer support could be faster. Sometimes I wish I could talk to someone immediately instead of waiting hours for a response.

Decent but could improve

Giffgaff is okay, but I had some issues with my SIM card activation taking longer than expected. It took a couple of days and I was left without service. The plans are affordable, just wish the activation was smoother.

Been good but needs improvement

I’ve had giffgaff for two years. Overall, it’s been good, especially the data bundles. However, I faced a billing error last month, and it took ages to sort it out with customer support. I also wish they added more international options.
