Almost perfect!
I enjoy using giffgaff, but I had one experience where the data was slower than expected. Customer support was responsive though, so that was a plus! Would still recommend.

Solid option with minor flaws
I like giffgaff’s no-frills approach and the plans are excellent. Just wish they had a few more options for international calls to be honest.

Usually fine, but problems arise
I mostly enjoy giffgaff, but I recently had a bad experience with my last refill. The transaction took forever to process, and I ended up missing a couple important calls. Wish their system was more reliable.

Good value for money
I’ve been with giffgaff for over a year now and I’m mostly happy. The best part is the affordable rates and the ability to change plans every month. I had one issue with the data speed last month, but they managed to sort it out quickly. Good value overall!

Happy with the flexibility
Giffgaff has been a decent telecom provider for me. I love how they let you change plans so easily. Whenever I need to adjust my data, it's simple through the app, which I appreciate.

Reliable network on the whole
Giffgaff's network has been quite reliable since I switched. The signal is mostly strong, and I can use data without issues. However, I did face some slow data speeds in my area during peak times.

Reliable yet frustrating
I really appreciate the no-contract model that giffgaff offers. The goodybags are great value, especially the unlimited data option. That said, I've faced some frustrating moments, like slow customer service responses when I needed assistance. Not ideal when you rely on your phone every day.

Good plans, mixed execution
I’ve used giffgaff for several months now and I generally like their flexibility on plans. The monthly goodybags are super helpful for budgeting. However, I had an issue when my SIM didn't arrive on time, and it took a while to resolve, but the support team was friendly and sort of helpful.

Good price for what you get
I like that giffgaff is cheap and I can change my plan each month without hassle. Sometimes the network can be glitchy, but it’s manageable. The auto-renewal feature is also a lifesaver. Just wish the call quality was a bit better sometimes!

Decent pricing, okay support

Great value but lacks personal touch
I think giffgaff offers great value for money with their flexible plans. However, I miss a bit of personal interaction that's lacking compared to bigger carriers. It's all online, which is efficient, but not very personal.
