Disappointed with the service

I switched to giffgaff thinking it would save me money, but my experience has been terrible. Their 4G coverage is spotty at best, and I keep losing service in areas I used to get a signal. I tried to contact support but felt ignored, which is frustrating when you’re relying on your phone for work.

Customer service needs improvement

While the plans are affordable, I had a major issue when my phone wasn't unlocking as promised. The support team took ages to respond, and I felt pretty left in the dark. It was a hassle I didn’t need.

Disappointed with customer support

I decided to switch to giffgaff because of their no-contract plans, which sounded great. The activation was quick, but when I had a problem with my data limit, I reached out to support. Honestly, they were slow to respond and didn’t really assist me well. My data just disappeared one day, and I was stuck. So frustrating!
