I signed up for giffgaff after hearing good things about their flexibility. The plans are pretty affordable and the app is nice, but sometimes the signal drops unexpectedly. It's not a total dealbreaker, but it can be annoying when you're in the middle of a call.

I’ve used giffgaff for several months now and I generally like their flexibility on plans. The monthly goodybags are super helpful for budgeting. However, I had an issue when my SIM didn't arrive on time, and it took a while to resolve, but the support team was friendly and sort of helpful.

Overall, I found giffgaff alright. The network is decent enough, but it's not as fast as I hoped. I've had a couple of texts fail to send, which is really annoying. I want to stick around, but I hope they work on the coverage.

I switched to giffgaff thinking it would save me money, but my experience has been terrible. Their 4G coverage is spotty at best, and I keep losing service in areas I used to get a signal. I tried to contact support but felt ignored, which is frustrating when you’re relying on your phone for work.

Giffgaff offers some of the best deals around, I’m currently on the £10 plan. It includes everything I need and I never run out of data. Totally worth it!

I like that giffgaff is cheap and I can change my plan each month without hassle. Sometimes the network can be glitchy, but it’s manageable. The auto-renewal feature is also a lifesaver. Just wish the call quality was a bit better sometimes!
