Not great, but not the worst
The car was okay, just not the best experience. The pickup took a long time, and the app crashed on me once. Could use some improvements.

A few good moments, but flaws present
Rented a cute little car for a day. It was alright, but the return process was really confusing. Wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Decent service, but could improve
I found a really nice car for my trip. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the owner was late, which was frustrating. After a long wait, I finally got the keys but the car didn’t have gas. The experience would have been better with better communication.

Awesome experience!
I loved using Getaround! The booking was super easy, and I got a great car at a fantastic price. Everything went smoothly, and I’ll definitely rent again for my next trip!

Decent Service, Needs Improvement
Used Getaround a couple of times. It's convenient, but I ran into a few issues. One time the car wasn’t clean at all, and there was a problem with communication when I tried reaching customer support. It's a decent choice for budget travel, but they need to step up their game.

Not great, not terrible
The whole experience was a bit underwhelming. Had a decent car but some fees were unexpected. Probably won't rush back to use it again.

Terrible support and service
I had a major issue with my booking and no one from support replied to my messages. I was left stranded for hours at the pickup location. Completely disappointed and I will never use this service again!

Mixed feelings

Good but a small hiccup
