Nice cars, but communication could be better
I liked the selection, cars were clean and well-maintained. But I had some issues with my host being slow to reply to messages. It worked out eventually, but it could've been smoother.

Another disappointing rental
The car was not cleaned and smelled bad. I expected better quality for the price. Perhaps I was lucky last time, but this time it was very underwhelming.

Mixed feelings about Getaround
I used Getaround to rent a car for a weekend trip. The process was okay, but finding available cars was a bit tricky. I expected more options in my area. Overall, not bad but could be better.

Mostly good, few hiccups
So I rented a nice SUV last month. The price was decent at around $70 a day. Everything went smoothly but the pick-up location was a bit confusing.

Frustrating experience with booking
The car I reserved was not available at the last minute. Ended up with a different one that was not in great condition. The customer service promised a discount, but I never saw it reflected in my account.

Super let down with my booking
I booked a car on the app for my trip, but when I got there, the car was in terrible condition. I couldn't reach the owner to resolve it, and customer support was of no help either. It ruined my entire weekend.

Terrible experience!
I booked a car for a road trip, but when I arrived to pick it up, the owner had already canceled. I was stuck without a car at the last minute, and Getaround support was unhelpful in finding a solution. I would not recommend this service!

Rough experience
It was tough to get my car on the day I needed it. The host canceled last minute and finding a replacement took ages. I really expected better from them.
