The car was not cleaned and smelled bad. I expected better quality for the price. Perhaps I was lucky last time, but this time it was very underwhelming.

The car I reserved was not available at the last minute. Ended up with a different one that was not in great condition. The customer service promised a discount, but I never saw it reflected in my account.

I was really looking forward to renting through Getaround, but the car I wanted was unavailable last minute. Also, the rates felt a bit high for the quality of the vehicle I got. Not happy.

It was tough to get my car on the day I needed it. The host canceled last minute and finding a replacement took ages. I really expected better from them.

Once I got to the car, it was almost empty on gas. Also, the inside was messy, not what I expected for the price I paid. I'm not sure if I’ll use it again.
