Terrible service
I had a really bad experience with Getaround. The car didn’t start, and it took ages to get customer support on the line. I ended up stranded and had to cancel my plans. Will not use again!

Amazing experience!
I used Getaround for the first time last week and it was fantastic! The process was super easy, found a gorgeous car just a block away. Picked it up and dropped it off without any hassle. Definitely using it again!

Zero stars if possible
Worst experience ever! The car broke down in the middle of my trip, and I couldn't get any help from customer service for hours. Never using Getaround again.

Smooth ride overall
Good experience renting a car for the weekend. The car was exactly as described, and pickup was easy. Just wish there were more options in my area.

Awful service and terrible cars
I had an issue with my last rental where the vehicle was not only dirty but it stopped working halfway through my trip right when I was in a rush. The support team didn’t help me out at all, leaving me stranded. Very disappointed!

Could be better
I used Getaround for a quick weekend getaway. The car was fine, but the pick-up process took forever. Also, I had a hard time reaching customer service when I had questions about the gas policy. Overall, not terrible, but definitely room for improvement.

Not impressed with my rental
Once I got to the car, it was almost empty on gas. Also, the inside was messy, not what I expected for the price I paid. I'm not sure if I’ll use it again.

Decent experience but had issues
Rented a car for a concert. Service was decent, but the pickup took longer than expected. Also, the car wasn’t clean inside. I might use it again, hoping for better next time.

Disappointed with the support

Really let down by the service
