Awful Customer Support

I had an issue with my delivery arriving late, and when I tried to get help from customer service, it was a nightmare. They barely responded and didn’t provide any updates. Really frustrating when you’re just trying to enjoy a meal.

Food Was Cold

My delivery arrived over 30 minutes late, and the food was cold. I contacted support, and they just apologized but didn't offer a solution. Honestly, I'm really disappointed.

Same meals often

I appreciate the easy ordering but I wish they'd mix up the menu more. I've gotten the same meals several weeks in a row, which gets boring fast.

Good meals but slow delivery

The meals are really tasty and healthy. I love that I don't have to cook, but delivery took a couple of extra days one time. Overall, I'm satisfied enough to keep ordering.

Not great service

I’ve had a mixed experience. Some meals are decent but a few times my order was missing items. I reached out to customer support and they took forever to respond. It’s frustrating because I was really looking forward to trying that meal! Might look for a different service.

Just mediocre

I thought I'd give this a try, but while some meals were decent, I had quite a few that were undercooked. The customer service was helpful in rectifying my mistakes, but the overall experience was still disappointing.

Not what I expected

Honestly, I was kinda disappointed. The packaging was fine, but a couple of meals were overcooked when I heated them up. I expected better quality for the price.
