Terrible Service Experience
I ordered meals last Friday and they never showed up. After waiting for an hour, I called support, but no one answered. Completely unacceptable.

I lost my money and time with these guys. One meal was wrong, on top of my delivery being hours late. Customer service took forever to respond, and all they could say was sorry. Really put me off ordering food online.

Ordered my first box last week, and it was a total mess. Everything was undercooked, and my vegan meal had chicken in it! So disappointed, I’m not coming back.

I can’t believe how bad my first order was. The food was bland and just thrown in the box. And don’t get me started on the delivery time, it was way too long.

I had high hopes, but the quality just wasn’t there for me. The deliveries were prompt, but the meals themselves were lukewarm and flavorless when they came. Customer support was no help.

I had nothing but issues with my order from the start. It was supposed to arrive on Saturday but showed up two days later. When I opened it, many items were spoiled. When I reached out for help, it took forever for someone to respond. Just really bad service.

I had the worst experience with Freshly. The meals arrived late, and one was expired! Totally unacceptable. I'm done, never ordering again.

Freshly has let me down big time. My last order was over two hours late and when it arrived, the ice packs were completely melted. The meals tasted off and I was worried about getting sick. I definitely won't use them again.

I had an issue with my delivery arriving late, and when I tried to get help from customer service, it was a nightmare. They barely responded and didn’t provide any updates. Really frustrating when you’re just trying to enjoy a meal.
