Some Hits and Misses
The concept is great and I appreciate the convenience, but not every meal was a winner for me. Some were bland and others were awesome.

Middle of the road
So far, I’ve found the meals just average. They fill me up, but the taste isn't anything special. I guess for a busy week it's not bad, but I need something with more zing.

Decent but had issues
I've tried Freshly a few times. The meals are okay, but I had a delivery messed up once. They forgot one of my dishes, which was frustrating.

Okay experience overall
I like the concept and the meals are easy to heat up, but I experienced some delays in delivery and the taste varies a lot between meals.

Mixed feelings

Not bad, not great
Freshly has some good options but I found a few meals just average. It's convenient for busy days, but sometimes not worth the price for what you get.

Satisfactory, but Room for Improvement
The meals tasted pretty good and were filling, but I faced issues with the packaging arriving damaged on a couple of occasions. Could use better quality control.

Serviceable but lacks consistency
I tried Freshly for a week. Some meals were excellent and others were forgettable. I guess it works in a pinch, but if you're expecting high-end meals, keep looking.

Definitely Not Ordering Again
I’m really unhappy with my order. The fish dish was so bland, and the rice was hard. This was my first time ordering, and I’m regretting it big time. As soon as I raised the issue with them, they took forever to respond, leaving me completely in the dark.

Decent, but not great
I've been using Freshly for a month now. The meals are hit or miss. Some are really good but others lack flavor. It's convenient but sometimes I wish I had more control over the ingredients.

Good food but pricey

Just okay, nothing special

It's okay
Freshly is alright, I like the variety but some meals taste bland. Customer service was responsive when I had a question, so that was a plus. Just wish the flavors were more exciting.

Hit or miss meals
Freshly's menu looks great but I often find the meals I like are sold out. That’s super frustrating. The service delivery was on time, but still not enough to keep me fully satisfied.

Okay-ish meals
Some meals were nice and healthy, but others were lackluster. There was inconsistency in the portions too. I will say the delivery was on time, but it feels risky trying something new with them.

Mediocre experience
The first delivery went fine, but then I had two meals that were not what I expected based on the descriptions. The website looks nice, but I wish the flavors matched the pretty pictures. Pretty underwhelmed overall.

Same meals often
I appreciate the easy ordering but I wish they'd mix up the menu more. I've gotten the same meals several weeks in a row, which gets boring fast.
