Terrible Service Experience
I ordered meals last Friday and they never showed up. After waiting for an hour, I called support, but no one answered. Completely unacceptable.

Some Hits and Misses
The concept is great and I appreciate the convenience, but not every meal was a winner for me. Some were bland and others were awesome.

Middle of the road
So far, I’ve found the meals just average. They fill me up, but the taste isn't anything special. I guess for a busy week it's not bad, but I need something with more zing.

Decent but had issues
I've tried Freshly a few times. The meals are okay, but I had a delivery messed up once. They forgot one of my dishes, which was frustrating.

Fell short of expectations
I was excited to try Freshly based on the reviews, but my first box included a few meals that were just not good. The chicken was dry, and the veggies seemed old. I did have a decent mac and cheese though, so maybe it was just an off week.

Happy with my choice
I'm really pleased with Freshly! Fast delivery and super easy to heat up. Most meals I've tried so far have been excellent! Planning to stick with it.

Complete disaster
I lost my money and time with these guys. One meal was wrong, on top of my delivery being hours late. Customer service took forever to respond, and all they could say was sorry. Really put me off ordering food online.

Disappointed with the Quality
Honestly, I was pretty let down. The meals looked amazing online, but when they arrived, some were partially frozen. Customer service was slow to respond too.

Okay experience overall

Never ordering again
Ordered my first box last week, and it was a total mess. Everything was undercooked, and my vegan meal had chicken in it! So disappointed, I’m not coming back.

Mixed feelings

Horrible Experience
I can’t believe how bad my first order was. The food was bland and just thrown in the box. And don’t get me started on the delivery time, it was way too long.

Not impressed
I had high hopes, but the quality just wasn’t there for me. The deliveries were prompt, but the meals themselves were lukewarm and flavorless when they came. Customer support was no help.

Freshly has some good options but I found a few meals just average. It's convenient for busy days, but sometimes not worth the price for what you get.

Pretty good overall
I like the convenience of Freshly. The meals are tasty and healthy. Just wish they had more vegetarian options. I usually find something I enjoy.

Disappointed with the meals
I ordered a week's worth of meals, but about half of them were either bland or overcooked. The delivery took longer than expected, and they sent a few items that I didn’t even order. Definitely not worth the money.

Not Worth the Hype
I really wanted to love this service, but my experience fell short. The meals looked great in the pictures, but when they arrived, I was shocked. They didn’t taste as good as expected and some were overcooked. Plus, customer support didn’t seem to care much when I expressed my concerns.
