Fell short of expectations

I was excited to try Freshly based on the reviews, but my first box included a few meals that were just not good. The chicken was dry, and the veggies seemed old. I did have a decent mac and cheese though, so maybe it was just an off week.

Disappointed with the Quality

Honestly, I was pretty let down. The meals looked amazing online, but when they arrived, some were partially frozen. Customer service was slow to respond too.

Disappointed with the meals

I ordered a week's worth of meals, but about half of them were either bland or overcooked. The delivery took longer than expected, and they sent a few items that I didn’t even order. Definitely not worth the money.

Not Worth the Hype

I really wanted to love this service, but my experience fell short. The meals looked great in the pictures, but when they arrived, I was shocked. They didn’t taste as good as expected and some were overcooked. Plus, customer support didn’t seem to care much when I expressed my concerns.

Okay for quick meals

I had some decent dishes but they messed up my order twice! The portion sizes were good, but the flavors sometimes miss the mark. Not a bad option if you're in a pinch, but I wouldn't rely on them every week.

Not Worth the Hype

I had high hopes for Freshly, but it fell short. The meals tasted decent but lacked that fresh flavor you expect. Probably won't be renewing.

Disappointed with Quality

I was excited to try Freshly. Unfortunately, my meals were not as fresh as I expected. The pasta was dry, and the sauce tasted like it came from a can. I also had a hard time finding my order in the app.

Could be better

I ordered a few meals recently, and while some were decent, a lot of the portions felt very small for the price I paid. I expected a bit more based on the advertising and recommendations. Plus, my last delivery was delayed by a whole day, which really threw my meal prep off.

Poor Quality and Service

I decided to give Freshly a try since I heard good things, but honestly, it was a letdown. The chicken I ordered was undercooked, and the veggies were mushy. When I reached out, the customer service was slow and unhelpful. I expected better based on the price, but it feels like I wasted my money. Not sure if I'll order again.

Could be better

Food Was Cold

My delivery arrived over 30 minutes late, and the food was cold. I contacted support, and they just apologized but didn't offer a solution. Honestly, I'm really disappointed.

Not great service

I’ve had a mixed experience. Some meals are decent but a few times my order was missing items. I reached out to customer support and they took forever to respond. It’s frustrating because I was really looking forward to trying that meal! Might look for a different service.
