Good Experience Overall
I've been a repeat customer and mostly enjoyed my meals. The only downside is sometimes they take longer to deliver, but food quality has generally been good.

Very Disappointed
I had high hopes but was let down. The meals looked good but tasted off. One meal had a strange smell, and it didn't feel fresh. Can't believe I spent that much.

It's okay
Freshly is alright, I like the variety but some meals taste bland. Customer service was responsive when I had a question, so that was a plus. Just wish the flavors were more exciting.

Awful experience
Three meals in a row were bad. One of them expired when it arrived! Tried reaching customer service, but they didn’t really help. I feel cheated.

Pretty good overall
I've been a fan for a few months. Most of the dishes are tasty, especially the chicken ones. The price is reasonable too. Only wish I could swap out a meal if I really don’t feel like it that week.

Hit or miss meals
Freshly's menu looks great but I often find the meals I like are sold out. That’s super frustrating. The service delivery was on time, but still not enough to keep me fully satisfied.

Frustrated with service
I had nothing but issues with my order from the start. It was supposed to arrive on Saturday but showed up two days later. When I opened it, many items were spoiled. When I reached out for help, it took forever for someone to respond. Just really bad service.

Terrible service!
I had the worst experience with Freshly. The meals arrived late, and one was expired! Totally unacceptable. I'm done, never ordering again.

Terrible experience
Freshly has let me down big time. My last order was over two hours late and when it arrived, the ice packs were completely melted. The meals tasted off and I was worried about getting sick. I definitely won't use them again.

Okay-ish meals
Some meals were nice and healthy, but others were lackluster. There was inconsistency in the portions too. I will say the delivery was on time, but it feels risky trying something new with them.

Pretty Good but Could be Better

Nice meals but a bit pricey
I've ordered from Freshly a few times. The meals taste great and are pretty healthy. But I do think the prices are a bit high for what they are. Still, I appreciate the convenience.

Mixed Feelings
I think Freshly has potential, but the consistency is all over the place. Some dishes were amazing, while others were just okay. Kinda frustrating.

Mediocre experience
The first delivery went fine, but then I had two meals that were not what I expected based on the descriptions. The website looks nice, but I wish the flavors matched the pretty pictures. Pretty underwhelmed overall.

Freshly is awesome!
Absolutely love Freshly! The variety is amazing and everything I've tried has been delicious. I got a discount on my first order, so it was a great deal. Definitely sticking with them!

Disappointing experience
I had high hopes, but a couple of meals just didn’t taste good at all. One was way too salty. I’ll stick with my usual meals instead of this.
