Frustrated with premiums

Awesome coverage!

Just okay service

Average experience so far

I had high hopes when I switched to Farmers Insurance after hearing so many good things. Honestly, I've found their online portal a bit clunky, and sometimes it feels like I'm waiting forever for responses from their support. Some positives, but...

Good Service but Pricey

Overall, I had a solid experience with Farmers. Their support was quick and helpful when I had questions. Just wish the premiums were a bit lower, that's why it's a 4.

Disappointed in service
