I've been with Farmers Insurance for a few years now. My experience has been okay, but not great. Claims processing seemed slow, and I had to follow up multiple times. The coverage is good, but I'm seriously considering other options due to the customer service.

I had a roof leak that damaged my home. After filing the claim, it took over a month for anyone to come out and look at the damage. When they finally did, they underpaid on the claim. Overall, I'm not satisfied with how they handled it.

I had the worst experience with Farmers Insurance. After my house was damaged, I expected a smooth claims process, but it was anything but. I tried to reach their customer support multiple times, but they ignored my calls. Eventually, they denied my claim without a clear explanation. I feel like I've lost money on this policy and I'm ready to file a complaint.

I recently had to file a claim after my car was damaged in an accident. The whole process took way longer than expected, and I felt like I was left in the dark for weeks.
