Average service, could be better

I think my auto coverage is decent, but every time I have questions, it's like I'm playing a game of phone tag. I expect more for what I pay.

Claim payout took forever

I had a roof leak that damaged my home. After filing the claim, it took over a month for anyone to come out and look at the damage. When they finally did, they underpaid on the claim. Overall, I'm not satisfied with how they handled it.

Not impressed

The rates are higher than I expected, and I don't feel like I get enough coverage for my money. Plus, I waited on hold for over 30 minutes just to ask a simple question.

Disappointed with the claims process

I recently had to file a claim after my car was damaged in an accident. The whole process took way longer than expected, and I felt like I was left in the dark for weeks. No one was updating me, and when I called, I got different answers every time. It’s frustrating, especially when you're stressed after an accident.

Frustrated with premiums

Been with Farmers for over three years now, but my premiums just keep going up despite no claims. I tried to reach out to see if there’s anything they could do, but the response was lackluster.

Poor customer service

Claims process is frustrating

Disappointed in service
