Decent, but could improve
I've been with Farmers Insurance for a few years now. My experience has been okay, but not great. Claims processing seemed slow, and I had to follow up multiple times. The coverage is good, but I'm seriously considering other options due to the customer service.

Service is lacking

Mixed Feelings

Just okay service
I recently switched to Farmers Insurance and while they offer decent rates, the application process was a bit confusing. I had a hard time understanding all the paperwork and even had to call support for clarification. I feel like they need to simplify their onboarding.

Average experience so far
I had high hopes when I switched to Farmers Insurance after hearing so many good things. Honestly, I've found their online portal a bit clunky, and sometimes it feels like I'm waiting forever for responses from their support. My policy details were also mixed up initially, which caused a bit of stress. Just hoping it gets better from here.

Okay insurer, struggling with support
