Reliable, but Room for Improvement
Farmers is solid, but my premium went up unexpectedly this year. Still, the support team is great and they try to help as best as they can.

Happy with My Choice
Farmers has been good to me. I switched for better rates and I got them. Just had one little hitch with my renewal info, but it got sorted out quickly.

Pretty Good Overall
I've had a decent experience with Farmers. They covered my claims without hassle, but there are times when I felt like I was just a number. Still, worth it for the peace of mind.

Not Bad, Not Great
I bought a home insurance policy here and it was decent. Claims process took longer than expected, but the agents were nice. They could work on making it faster.

Not perfect, but solid
Farmers has worked well for me, but there was a misunderstanding about my premium. They fixed it quickly, though, so I appreciate that.

Some positives, but...
Farmers Insurance can offer good coverage options, but their customer service left much to be desired. I had to call multiple times to get a straightforward answer regarding my homeowner's policy.

Good Coverage, but Pricy
Overall, I'm satisfied with my policy. The coverage is great and my agent is friendly. Just wish the monthly payments weren't so high compared to my last insurer.

Good Service but Pricey
Overall, I had a solid experience with Farmers. Their support was quick and helpful when I had questions. Just wish the premiums were a bit lower, that's why it's a 4.
