So easy to use!

Absolutely Frustrated

I can't believe how bad my experience was with Easyship. I sent a package that never arrived, and when I called for help, I got very little assistance. It feels like they just took my money and left me hanging. I'll be looking for a better logistics provider.

Best shipping solution!

I’ve tried multiple shipping solutions, and Easyship is by far the best. Everything works smoothly, and I love the analytics they provide. Can’t ask for more!

Very Good but a couple of hiccups

I'm mostly satisfied with Easyship. The shipping options are varied and affordable, but I had one package delayed last week. It was resolved, but it could've been faster.

Too Many Issues

Shipping was not as streamlined as advertised. I had some packages stuck with no explanation, and the tracking updates were often wrong. I couldn't get through to the support team easily, which added to my frustration. I expected better reliability from a logistics company.

Terrible Experience

Used Easyship to handle my drop shipping but it was a nightmare. Packages were delayed and tracking was often inaccurate. They only seem to care about getting your money upfront, and when things go wrong, you're left with nothing. I’m very disappointed and regret using their service.

Good but not great

Almost perfect

Pretty solid experience overall. The interface is easy to understand and I like the rate comparisons. Just wish the tracking updates were a bit more frequent.

Rough Customer Service

The shipment got delayed significantly, and contacting support was terrible. I sat on hold for ages before getting any real help. I expected much more, especially considering what I paid.

Great but could improve communication

I’ve generally had a good experience with Easyship. However, I wish they would send a heads-up when there’s a delay. It’s been good, but a little extra communication would be nice.
