I had a pretty decent experience with Easyship for one of my e-commerce deliveries. The tracking worked well for the most part. I did hit a few snags with customs, but support was helpful enough to sort it out, which I appreciated.

I tried Easyship for international shipping, but the customs issues were a hassle. Took forever to resolve, and communication from their support was lacking. I do like the interface, but the issues overshadow the good points.

I thought Easyship would save me time, but that wasn’t the case. My packages were consistently late, and I felt lost trying to get answers from their support. They did eventually deliver, but everything took longer than promised.

I shipped out an important package, and it got lost in transit. I reached out to their support multiple times but received vague responses. It finally showed up a week late, and I had to deal with disgruntled customers because of it. Not happy!

The pricing for international shipping is solid, but their tracking system could definitely use a revamp. I lost sight of my package for a few days.
