Solid choice
Easyship is a solid choice for shipping. Rates are competitive and their dashboard is user-friendly. Had a small issue with the first shipment but it got resolved fast.

Good service with minor issues

Pretty Good, But...
Overall, I’ve had a pretty good experience but had a minor issue with customer support taking a while to reply once. They eventually sorted it out.

Good, but could improve.
Easyship has been great overall. The tracking feature is really helpful, but sometimes the customer service takes a while to respond. Still, I’m satisfied with the service.

Reliable option
It's a good service overall. I can find great carriers and cut costs. Just had a minor issue with a package lost in transit but they sorted it pretty quickly.

Good service but room to improve
Had a good experience with Easyship most of the time. The quotes are awesome but sometimes the tracking info is delayed, which can be annoying for customers.

Pretty solid service overall
I've been using Easyship for about 6 months now for my small online store. They offer great rates and the interface is user-friendly. The only downside is that customer support takes a bit longer to respond sometimes. Overall, satisfied!

Good, but room for improvement
Easyship has really helped me streamline my shipping process. I love the multiple carrier options and real-time rates. However, I faced a couple of issues with label printing that took me some time to figure out. Would rate 4 stars for sure.

Pretty solid service, but a few hiccups
Overall, I’m satisfied with Easyship. The rates are competitive and customer service is quick to respond. But once, my shipment got delayed by a day without notice, which did cause issues for me.

Happy with the service!

Very Good but a couple of hiccups
I'm mostly satisfied with Easyship. The shipping options are varied and affordable, but I had one package delayed last week. It was resolved, but it could've been faster.

Good but not great
I like Easyship, but had a couple of hiccups with international shipments. Most of the time it's smooth sailing but a few times it took longer than expected.

Almost perfect
Pretty solid experience overall. The interface is easy to understand and I like the rate comparisons. Just wish the tracking updates were a bit more frequent.

Great but could improve communication
I’ve generally had a good experience with Easyship. However, I wish they would send a heads-up when there’s a delay. It’s been good, but a little extra communication would be nice.
