Decent but could improve

Their service is okay. I had some trouble with customs clearance but my package eventually arrived. Not the most efficient.

Mixed feelings

My experience wasn’t what I expected. There were a few hiccups with their online tracking and it caused some confusion. Customer service was decent, but I hoped for better.

It's alright

Frustrated with the Process

Started using Easyship thinking it would simplify my logistics, but the experience was rocky from day one. My first few shipments had issues where they weren’t picked up on time. Customer support was slow in responding, and it just felt chaotic. Hoping they can improve.

Consistently reliable

I have used Easyship for my small business for over a year. Shipping has been generally smooth. The rates are competitive, especially for international packages, and my items have always arrived in good condition. However, customer service can be hit or miss, taking a while to get back to me when I have a question. Still, I appreciate the overall service!

Tried them for the first time. Shipping rates were decent, but the customer service took forever to respond when I had an issue with a label.
