Mixed feelings

I had a pretty decent experience with Easyship for one of my e-commerce deliveries. The tracking worked well for the most part. I did hit a few snags with customs, but support was helpful enough to sort it out, which I appreciated.

I’ve been using Easyship for my online store and it’s been amazing. The rates are great and the integration was super smooth with my website. Just sent out a package to London and it arrived in 3 days!

I tried Easyship for international shipping, but the customs issues were a hassle. Took forever to resolve, and communication from their support was lacking. I do like the interface, but the issues overshadow the good points.

I have used Easyship for my small business for over a year. Shipping has been generally smooth. The rates are competitive, especially for international packages, and my items have always arrived in good condition. I shipped out an important package, and it got lost in transit. I reached out to their support multiple times but received vague responses. It finally showed up a week late, and I had to deal with disgruntled customers because of it. Not happy!
