Never using again
I ordered a TV and it was supposed to arrive next day. After 4 days of waiting, I cancelled my order and still haven’t got my refund. Customer service was no help at all. What a hassle!

I love the selection at Coolblue, but my last order had a wrong item sent. They fixed it quickly, but it was a hassle. Still, I’ll keep shopping here.

I bought a laptop and it arrived broken. After contacting customer support, they suggested I try fixing it myself! I’m so disappointed. Their service has declined so much lately. What happened to their customer focus? There’s no way I’ll trust them for future purchases.
