Ordered a phone and got the wrong model. It took forever to get a response from their support. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

My laptop arrived with a broken screen. I contacted the customer support but they took forever to respond. Finally, they agreed to a return, but the process was such a hassle. I'm really disappointed with Coolblue.

Their prices are great, but the delays are getting ridiculous. I ordered a blender, and while I was told it would arrive in two days, it ended up showing up after a week. When it finally arrived, the box was damaged, but luckily the product was okay. I appreciate the good prices but the delivery has to improve.
