Disappointed with my last order

My blender arrived damaged and it took ages to get a replacement. Really frustrating experience. Not sure if I’ll buy again.

Very disappointing service

Another letdown

I ordered a gaming chair and it was missing parts when it arrived. Customer support was hard to reach. Seriously thinking about switching to another store.

Terrible experience

My laptop arrived with a broken screen. I contacted the customer support but they took forever to respond. Finally, they agreed to a return, but the process was such a hassle. I'm really disappointed with Coolblue.

Not Impressed, but Tolerable

Their prices are great, but the delays are getting ridiculous. I ordered a blender, and while I was told it would arrive in two days, it ended up showing up after a week. When it finally arrived, the box was damaged, but luckily the product was okay. I appreciate the good prices but the delivery has to improve.

Poor customer service

Not impressed at all

Decent Selection, Poor Communication

I liked their product range, but the ordering process was confusing. I spotted a deal on a TV, placed my order, and received the wrong model. Reached out to support but didn’t get clear guidance for a return. They handled the issue eventually but it took way longer than it should have. I'm just hoping my next experience is smoother.

Slow shipping, poor response
