Ordered a washing machine that was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. After getting a notification that it was en route, I waited the whole day but the delivery never showed. Called their service, was put on hold for over 30 minutes, and then got told it was delayed because of 'technical issues'. I'm honestly frustrated and may just cancel my order if this continues!

I bought an espresso machine and it came with a dent. When I tried to return it, the process was so slow and complicated. I'll think twice before ordering again.

I ordered a new smartphone, delivery was quick. One tiny issue with my order, but they sorted it out pretty fast. I'd recommend them for tech stuff.

Their prices are great, but the delays are getting ridiculous. I ordered a blender, and while I was told it would arrive in two days, it ended up showing up after a week. When it finally arrived, the box was damaged, but luckily the product was okay. I appreciate the good prices but the delivery has to improve.
