Mixed feelings
My last order took longer than expected, and tracking was unreliable. However, the product quality was decent when it finally arrived. I might give them another chance, but they definitely need to improve their logistics.

It’s alright, but not amazing
Ordered a vacuum cleaner. It arrived on time, and it works fine. I just wish they had better options for delivery times, it felt a bit limited.

Okay experience
Got my washing machine from Coolblue. It works well and I’m happy with it, but the delivery team was a bit rough with my door, which was frustrating.

Mixed feelings about my order

Not thrilled but okay
The product was alright and came as described. Delivery was a bit late, but not bad overall. Just expected a bit more based on the hype.
